Wood Pellet Plant Process
1. Wood Chipper
The function of the wood chipper is to cut tree logs and other biomass materials into small pieces.
The whole set of wood chipper equipment usually including 3 parts, the log feeding structure(Belt Conveyor), the wood chipper(Tree Chipper) and the chips discharging structure.
The log feeding structure usually adopted two ways, the conveyor or handwork. For the big log or high capacity model chipper, it usually uses the conveyor feeding the logs into the chipper. For the small model chipper, it usually feeding the logs into chipper by hand work, which could reduce the cost of the conveyor.
For the chips discharging structure, it usually adopted the two ways, the chips discharging tube or the discharging conveyor. The discharging tube could blow the chips to about five meters high and spray into the truck directly or the designated place. The discharging conveyor could transport the chips for a longer way to the designated place, such as warehouse.
2. Wood Hammer Mill
Wood hammer mill may be used to reduce the size, or change the form, of biomass waste materials so they can be more easily disposed of or recycled.
It can crush a variety of biomass materials such as grass, wood chips, wood sticks, corn cob, cotton straw, crop stalks, palm fiber, PVC foam board, waste rubber etc.
The hammer mill is simple and durable, safe and reliable, easy to install, operate and maintain,and the vibration is light and productivity is high.
3. Sawdust Dryer
Sawdust dryer is a newly developed advanced drying equipment. It adopts two-cycle heating system and has automatic feeding, high hot air flow, full mixing of airflow and materials, large drying strength, less dust and large drying capacity.
Moisture in the raw materials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.
4. Wood Pellet Mill
Wood pellet mill is an important part of the complete wood pellet plant. It is all made of alloy steel molds manufactured by international advanced technology, with long service life, smooth pellets and high quality.
Raw materials are usually composed of sawdust and related industrial wastes from the milling of lumber, manufacture of wood products and furniture. Other industrial waste sources include empty fruit bunches, palm kernel shells, coconut shells, straw and branches.
5. Pellet Cooler
The function of pellet cooler is that cool down pellet feed temperature. This kind of pellet cooler machine make pellet good performance and quality,make pellet temperature lower than the room temperature.It will help you acquire a high output with low energy consumption.
The pellet cooling system including: with fan(blower), cyclone, air-lock, cooler machine, can add vibrating screen.
6. Pellet Packing Machine
The pellet packing machine is applied to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weigh and times, stitching and conveying with manual assistant for powder material in the flour factory or material such as pellet shape.
Generally, the quantitative filling machine includes packing scales, sack closer, and belt conveyor these three parts.
